I stayed at this hotel for one day in September 2023, made a reservation a couple of months in advance, rested with my husband and child. The room should be comfort with an extra bed and a balcony, as a result, an extra bed turned out to be a folding bed, which was not in the room, we decided to change the room to a normal bed, they gave a room only for an additional fee like "comfort with a balcony", the balcony and windows overlook the track and the construction site, it was not possible to sit on the balcony, the constant noise from cars, the double-glazed window does not save from noise, it's good that there is air conditioning, the only plus. The funniest thing was they gave us a room with three separate beds, in the morning I woke up with a backache from the mattresses, and all family members. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed for two nights in May 2023, we didn’t want more. Budget hotel, a little tired. The room had a balcony overlooking the road, so it felt like you were standing on the road - the double-glazed windows almost did not hold back the noise of the road, cars drove by one after another. But it’s quiet from the corridor. The floor is carpeted. The bed is comfortable, the table is very small (we couldn’t work on it), the water at maximum temperature is warm, not hot. Internet is stable. Hygiene products included liquid soap and disposable shampoo (no refills). I was surprised that the staff entered the room without knocking: I jumped on the bed from the sound of the lock opening on the door and the door itself. As a result, for two days the garbage was not taken out of the room. Utensils include two glasses and a jug, a kettle is not provided. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, shops are within walking distance. There is paid parking for 250 rubles/day and spontaneous parking on Michurina Street. We lived in a hotel in the winter when we came to ski. In general, expectations were met. The rooms are clean, linen is changed every three days. Hot water without interruptions, which is very important after active skiing. The heating is excellent, we even slept with the window open for a couple of nights. We had breakfast included. The breakfast selection is not large, but everything is delicious. The first two days there were comments about breakfast, but they corrected them immediately. And the dinners are very tasty! The staff is friendly and helpful. We vacationed with a large group. We took four rooms. The hotel has equipment rental and drying facilities. I would like to recommend that the hotel tuck blankets into duvet covers, and not leave this task to the guests. And the bottleneck is ordering breakfast at the reception (ordering breakfast takes a long time and there is no way to do it in the evening).

I was on vacation with my friend in January 2022. The hotel is well located. Public transport is nearby, both towards the mountains and towards the airport. Transport runs frequently, there is a free shuttle to Rosa Khutor and Gazprom. The drivers are all attentive and responsive. And everywhere the staff is very polite and attentive. Near the hotel there are many restaurants, cafes and shops, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The hotel itself is clean, towels and bed are changed every two days. If they don’t make it in time, they apologize very much. Does the hotel have a restaurant. Breakfast is the same every day, only the cereals are different. Casseroles and pancakes with cottage cheese, without cottage cheese. The coffee is delicious. Overall the impression is good. I recommend.
